Built for the people who keep music programs running.
PianistDesk is the coordination layer for collaborative-pianist programs in music schools and conservatoires. Behind every recital, jury, and exam there is a coordinator pairing students with pianists, chasing missing scores, and finding rehearsal times that work — usually across a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, and a wall of sticky notes.
We replace that with one system shaped around how programs actually run: a student is paired with a pianist for the semester, the pairing gets one recurring weekly rehearsal slot, and every request — from first submission to performance-ready — is tracked in a single place that students, coordinators, and pianists all see the same way.
PianistDesk is built by a small team that works directly with the schools using it. No layers of account management, no feature requests disappearing into a void.
